Start of first EUSA EHF Beach Handball Championship is getting closer

Only 10 days left until the start of first EUSA EHF Beach Handball Championship in Zagreb. European University Sports Association and European Handball Federation decided to give the organization of the first EUSA EHF Beach Handball to Croatia and its capital, Zagreb. Jarun Lake will be the focal point of the universities beach handball scene between Wednesday to Saturday (24 to 27 June).

 

The beaches of Zagreb's Lake Jarun will welcome universities handball players who will play their matches on the courts of Lake Jarun. At the end of the Championship, winners will be split into two categories, female and male. In the women's event, there will be 6 teams from 6 different European countries, and in the men's event, there will be 10 teams from 7 countries. A total of 16 teams will battle it out for the trophies.

In Zagreb the athletes, VIP, and EUSA Family guests will be accommodated in two different locations, Student dormitory „Stjepan Radić“ and Hotel International Zagreb. For more information about the event, please visit official Web Page – EUSA EHF Beach Handball.
